Workshop #6 - The Use of Energy Medicine and Different Healing/Self-Healing Modalities.

This workshop is divided into two parts and each part is accompanied by a few meditations and healing practices to apply acquired information and knowledge further deep into our subconsciousness.

During the First Part of this Workshop, we will cover information about energy medicine and all aspects related to the healing process, from sound balancing and crystal healing to sound therapy and sound technologies.

During the Second Part of this Workshop, we will review how chakras and biofield are used in sound healing. We will also analyze mindfulness of pain and will do some practice on dealing with pain during the meditation. And finally, we will discuss how crystals have been used in the healing process.

It is recommended to use headphones/earbuds while listening to the recordings for better sound quality transmission.
