This workshop is divided into three parts and each part is accompanied by several meditations and mindful practices to apply acquired information and knowledge further deep into our subconsciousness.

During the First Part of this Workshop, we will cover information about the nature of human emotions and universal love. We will look at the difference between feelings and emotions and their effects on the human body. We will also review the ways on how to manage our emotions through cultivating neutrality, maintaining a neutral observant stand and listening to our emotions.

During the Second Part of this Workshop, we will review the concept of mindfulness and how it helps to deal with negative emotions and stressful thinking. We will also review several strategies on how to cope with physical pain and work with difficulties in life. Furthermore, we will talk about the transient nature of emotions and how to turn difficulties and problems into opportunities.

During the Third Part of this Workshop, we will cover information on the importance of cultivating positive emotions (such as love, compassion, peace, authenticity, happiness, forgiveness, gratitude) and will discover how positive emotions lead to our overall well-being and increase our manifestation abilities.
